Great – Trail has a really good base, groomed flat with solid snow that should hold up to traffic.
Good – Trail is flat with a good base, there may be ice underneath, and while groomed snow could become a bit mushy.
Moderate – Trail has decent riding, but may have bare spots, ice, or rough sections.
Marginal – Trail is passable, but may have thin snow, open or partially filled water bars, bare spots, ice, or trees down.

With high traffic over the past weekend and school vacation weeks the trail in and around town have deteriorated somewhat, once you’re out of town the trails are still very good. Littleton Off Road Riders-Littleton/Whitefield/Bethlehem/Dalton/Lyman: 95% OPEN 5-7” new snow 90% groomed with good to 90% great conditions. Welcome to the Littleton NH trails! Since last week’s report, we have received new snow again. Our dedicated volunteer crew has been out packing down snow and flattening the trails to give you the best riding we have seen for a couple years. Please ride right, ride safe. Lisbon Stump Jumpers- Lisbon/Lyman/Landaff/Bath/Sugar Hill: 100% OPEN groomed and packed with great conditions. Trails are 100% open and in excellent condition. 8-12″ of base snow, 3-6″ of new snow. As always, please ride with caution.
Connecticut Valley Snowmobile Club- Bath, Woodsville, North Haverhill: No report
Franconia Notch State Park: 100% OPEN groomed with good conditions.
White Mountain Snowmobile Club-Lincoln/Woodstock: 98% OPEN groomed with good to great conditions. If we don’t get any snow this weekend things may start changing with the warmups but still holding there. The groomers have once again been out steady. The trails are the best they have been in a long time. Bog Pond trail is in great condition. Primary 156 is in great condition. Corridor 11 from the flume to in town of Lincoln is good. Corridor 11S from in town Lincoln down to the Cilley corridor 11 junction will be CLOSED for the season. If you are trying to get to Lincoln coming north on corridor 11, you will need to go up over Cilley trail to primary 156 east. Where the trail is closed is clearly marked, please obey trail closed signs. Corridor 11 from Cilley junction south is good condition. It is possible to feel a rail in places so just ride with caution.

Corridor 19 Hurricane Mt Road to Maine-Chatham/Bartlett/Jackson: 100% OPEN Excellent conditions with a few thin areas. 100% groomed to townhall parking, Stillwater, and north on corridor 19 to Maine border. Reminder NH registration is only valid on corridor 19 through Evans notch when in Maine. The STOWE Maine trail is NOT and requires MAINE Registration.
Mountain Meadow Riders-Conway/Madison/Albany: 100% OPEN groomed with good conditions. Daily grooming operations are in full swing, and the trails are ready for you to get out there and enjoy during the school vacation weeks. Ossipee Valley Snowmobile Club-Albany/Madison/Tamworth/Sandwich/Ossipee: 100% OPEN 60% groomed with marginal to great conditions. All trails are open however grooming is suspended on Corridor 19 due to hazards presented by exposed rails/ties/switches. Use extreme caution on the rail-bed. Expect good mid-winter conditions to continue through the weekend on our western and Constitution trail systems.

Castle in The Clouds- White Lake State Park to Corr 19 to Corr15 to Castle in the Clouds to Corr 26: 100% OPEN Groomed from White Lake to Route 171 in Moultonboro. RR tracks are thin covered exposed in many areas in Ossipee. There is logging taking place along Gilman Valley Road on corridor 15. Watch for signs and yield to logging equipment. Trail is thin covered on Moultonboro side above parking lot . Looking forward to 6” of new snow Friday night. OFF TRAIL RIDING IS ILEGAL PLEASE STAY ON THE DESIGNATED GROOMED TRAILS.
Wolfeboro Snowmobile Club-Wolfeboro/Brookfield/Moultonborough/New Durham/Ossipee/Tuftonboro: 100% OPEN groomed and packed with good conditions. All trails are currently open and recently groomed. Trails will be groomed again ahead of the weekend. Use caution, as the groomers will be out on the trails. Rails remain intermittently exposed along the Cotton Valley Rail Trail so please use caution. The Wolfeboro Snowmobile Club is hosting our annual Devin Ness Poker Run on Saturday, February 21st. A buffet breakfast is being held at the Sand Trap restaurant at Kingswood Golf Course from 7:00-9:00am for a $15.00 donation to the club. Registration is next door from 9:00-9:30 on Saturday at the Windrifter Resort in Wolfeboro with the ride beginning at 10:00am. Rail trails are groomed and in marginal condition in the open areas in Keene. The rail trail conditions are good north and south of the city and P385 has been groomed and is in good condition. C4 south of West Eaton Rd remains closed due to several washouts. Gates are closed and the trail has not been groomed. We also have a closure on P385 between Rt 10 and Gunn Rd. Please respect landowner rights and do not ride through these closures. We’re working on reroutes for next year. Grooming will continue as conditions permit.
